I joined the UK Demand & Supply planning team at Beiersdorf in 2022. I was welcomed warmly into the role by the team and wider company, the people driven culture has helped me settle in quickly. This role has allowed me to be a part of large projects and initiatives that bring together all functions of the business and make improvements across multiple areas. There is no ‘typical day’ as each day brings new challenges and learning opportunities.
I joined Beiersdorf as a graduate 10 years ago. The graduate program gave me strong exposure to various departments which has been such a great help along my career. I was lucky in those 10 years to have worked in various countries UK, Sweden and the Netherlands within various roles in supply chain. I can confidently say that despite cultural differences, Beiersdorf has one thing in common across the globe nice and hard-working people.
